Adoptee Rights Australia Inc is a volunteer-run organisation dedicated to supporting adopted people and advocating for their rights and wellbeing.
ARA is a self-funded organisation and all monies received from memberships, donations, and our shop go to helping us provide this crucial service to our members and Australian adoptees.
We do not receive any government funding and rely entirely on the support of our members and donors to cover our operating costs. Membership fees help us continue our vital work — from raising awareness and engaging in policy reform, to providing resources and support informed by lived/living experience.
By becoming a member, you are directly contributing to a stronger voice for adoptee rights in Australia.
FULL MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP FEES: Membership fees are payable for Full Membership (Adopted Person only). The fee is an annual membership fee of between $10 and $50 dependent on your personal circumstances and what you feel comfortable paying. Payment is automatically charged as a recurring payment each year until your membership is cancelled.
NOTE: If you cannot afford to pay a membership fee or prefer not to pay a fee, there is a ‘free’ option available.
