Business Owner - Industrial Relations Specialist - Columnist and Commentator

Grace is Australia’s most recognised and trusted industrial relations expert and a Columnist with The Australian Newspaper, where she writes under her full name, Katrina Grace Kelly.  Ten years in the union movement (in both blue and white collar unions) provided the skill set and knowledge platform to launch a career in business, as a Senior Executive, Business Founder, Owner and Consultant. As a result, in addition to significant union experience, Grace has 17 years of employer experience across a diversity of public and private sector industries, both in small to medium business and large corporations. In 2017, The Centre for Independent Studies awarded Grace the Alan McGregor Fellowship for her contribution to the field of industrial relations and service to the free society. In 2018, Grace was granted an adoption discharge by the County Court in Victoria. Grace is a passionate advocate for the rights of adopted people. Through writing and other media appearances, wherever possible, Grace aims to raise awareness around adoption issues and promote the interests and welfare of adoptees.
